We’re all about pretty and practical—but sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s what to know about returns, refunds, and what we’ll do if something arrives less than perfect.

🧴 Physical Products (Room Sprays, etc.)
All physical products are final sale, but we stand by our quality. If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Or not what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or offer a refund—depending on the situation.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Scent preferences
• Used or opened items

💻 Digital Products (Printables, Labels, Checklists, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable and final sale. Once purchased, they’re delivered instantly, so we’re unable to issue refunds, even if:
• You ordered the wrong item
• You no longer need it
• You didn’t download it before the link expired (but we can resend it if you reach out!)
If you’re having trouble accessing or downloading your files, we’re happy to help—just send us a note at info@getprettyfunctional.com.

Please email us at info@getprettyfunctional.com with the following:
• Your full name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos (for damaged items)
We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days.

📝 Final Notes
We don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.
Pretty Functional Co. is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
